Rui Wang

Rui Wang is a creative fashion design student who specialised in both womenswear and menswear fashion design. She likes to weaken the gendered nature of clothing because she believes that the human gender is fluid and that clothing design should not be limited by gender distinctions.
After studying fashion design for four years, I have noticed I am interested in unisex fashion, particularly in the area of feminisation of men's clothing. I would like to explore the relationship between gender and fashion to express the new concept of masculinity. In a pluralistic society, I think young people in the new era whose definition of gender is gradually blurred and the culture is more inclusive and the future consumer market of menswear femininity will develop.
