Congolese born Atandjo Francoise Omanga is a British Fashion Designer, entrepreneur and Founder of label KOYAWO. She graduated in BA(Hons) Fashion Design & Development in womenswear at University of Arts London, London College of Fashion. She did her internship with Rah Production, Jil Saunders and Gil Deacon. She worked as fashion and studio assistant with Giles Deacon and from there, she build-up the ethos for her today brand: KOYAWO. The brand is based in London UK specialized in Ready-to-wear, couture and made by order ( wedding gowns,...).
The essence of KOYAWO's design is bold, innovation, edgy but modern and cool. The designer likes to challenge every boundaries of tradition to develop new ways by using exquisite quality materials combined with an interpretation of the brand's inspiration, classic cuts to produce collections of timeless, elegant collections.
The inspiration of each collection comes from current world issues, migration, displacement, designer's day to day life mixed with her cultural background.
She works very hard to make very desirable beautiful clothing for women to love and buy.
KOYAWO's collections have been showcased at Birmingham International Fashion week, London Fashion Week Fashion Finest, Hertfordshire Fashion & music festival.
The brand has featured in Vogue UK, Women&Home Magazine and Fashion Finest Magazine.
