Raffles College Pty Ltd (trading as Raffles College of Design and Commerce) is a unique education provider based in Sydney, Australia specialising in design, visual communication and business. We deliver premium vocational and higher education programs from Certificates through to Bachelor Degrees and Masters Degrees.
Raffles has been delivering education around the world for over 25 years and has distinguished itself as a primary provider of higher education in the Asia-Pacific region. Raffles College of Design and Commerce became part of the Raffles Education group in 2005, delivering premium programs from certificate level right through to bachelor degrees.
We appreciate that making the decision to commence further studies can sometimes feel intimidating, so we take great care to create learning environments filled with a variety of like- minded people, a blend of both the theoretical and practical, the latest technology, small class sizes and a uniquely personal atmosphere.

One of the reasons Raffles graduates have an enviable employment record — with the majority employed within the first three to six months of completing their course — is our internship program. This subject, along with industry partnerships with well-known organisations, such as LG and Prada, make Raffles an industry favourite where our students are highly regarded.

Head of School
Professor Patrick Bernard has designed, written, coordinated and lectured not only new subjects but also ‘pioneered’ entire new programs in different universities and college in Australia, the United States, Russia and India. He has exhibited his works (paintings, drawings & photographs) and has been invited to deliver guest lectures in universities and conferences around the world. As if that was not enough, he also managed a ‘One-Man-School’ with a nomadic tribe in Northern Chad (Africa) for two years and owned a restaurant in Australia.

Tuition and Scholarship Information
One full-fee and one half-fee scholarship is available for each of the following three-year degree programs with a selected major: Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts. The design scholarships are currently valued at $55,440 for full tuition fees and $27,720 for half tuition fees. Design/BA (VisCom) students must also allow for out of pocket expenses and an initial art kit. Further tuition information can be found here.
