Showroom in Europe

Submitted by Kinks Lab

Hello all,

I am looking for good showrooms in Paris / London to showcase my accessories. I tried to shoot email directly to a couple of showrooms and receive no replying emails, do they pick brands with certain standards? Also, I am not sure if this is the best way to approach buyers during fashion week and non-peak seasons...

Thank you!

Regards,

Andrea

We are also interested in finding a reliable showroom in Paris/London to present our silk scarves collection. In the past we contacted some of them but unfortunately they need to be paid before they do any sales, which is completely not comfortable for a small brand like us. We prefer to grow step by step and without investing huge amounts in options without guarantees.

There are many great showrooms in Paris and London that specialize in showcasing accessories. Here are a few options to consider:
Paris:
1.Le New Black - a digital showroom that connects brands with retailers and buyers.
2.Tranoi - a trade show that features fashion and accessory brands.
3.M&O Paris - a trade show that features home decor and accessory brands.
4.Showroom Premiere Classe - a fashion and accessory trade show that takes place during Paris Fashion Week.
London:
5.The Hoxton Collective - a showroom that showcases emerging fashion and accessory brands.

Showcasing your accessories in Paris or London can be a fantastic opportunity to reach a wider audience and connect with potential buyers. However, getting into reputable showrooms can be competitive, and these establishments often have specific criteria and standards for the brands they choose to represent.  Remember that persistence, professionalism, and a clear understanding of your brand identity are key. If you're facing challenges, it might also be helpful to seek advice from industry professionals or consultants who can provide insights tailored to your specific situation.

It is important to keep in mind that the keys to success are perseverance, professionalism, and a solid grasp of your business identity.

It's not uncommon for showrooms to have specific criteria for the brands they represent. They may prioritize established brands or those with a certain aesthetic or target market. When reaching out, it's important to highlight the unique qualities of your accessories and how they would fit into their showroom. As for timing, fashion weeks and peak seasons can be ideal for showcasing new collections, but don't discount non-peak seasons either. Buyers are always on the lookout for new and exciting products, so it's worth continuing your outreach efforts throughout the year.

If you're still struggling to get responses, consider networking within the industry or seeking recommendations from other brands or professionals. Persistence and patience are key in this process. Best of luck with your showroom search!
