The collection “Sad, mad or bad” tells of Brazilian’s superstitions and popular beliefs, creating narratives through fabric juxtaposition and silhouette manipulation. Each piece was conceived in a process of deconstruction and reconstruction, where classic garment features were manipulated to create the unexpected. As the source of inspiration for this work had a lot of signification and history, it was crucial to explores the stories behind each material, and how its use would affect the message conveyed at the end.
