A collection that grew from a conceptual post-apocalyptic world, where reptilian-like humans war against each other in harsh open landscapes, 'Bleak' is a realisation of one of the many stories my imagination concieves . The collection is deliberately simplistic, with an emphasis on functional style and form. Layering means the garments are easily interchangable, allowing for a variety of looks with minimal pieces. The garments themselves are protective against the elements, constructed from natural fibres including merino wool, and hand waxed water-resistant cotton.
