The project started looking for the value of culture, ethnicity and folklore in fashion and trying to understand why we put racial labels. During my research, I realised that everything is somehow culturally inspired, so everything by definition is ethnic, therefore, we use this word erroneously. The reason why we do this is because we have been used to see the Western world as the dominant one in our society, creating a distortion of our perception: black, yellow or whatever mean race, ethnic, a label to put, while white means no culture, not ethnic, no label.
