APEX SERIES incorporates traditional craft with custom physics simulation software to generate 3D printed hardware for garments and accessories. Designed collaboratively by Alexis Walsh and Justin Hattendorf, the collection is entirely sewn by hand and 3D printed in biodegradable plant-based plastic. The custom software designed for this collection efficiently maps out complex hardware assemblies within a flat tailoring pattern to eliminate excess plastic and fabric waste.
