Zara Akhtar Couture

Zara Akhtar graduated from Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design with an honours degree in Fashion and Design in 2013. She has worked as a children's wear designer and visual merchandiser in the industry ever since.Founding her own independent brand, she aspires to create and innovate while learning, maintaining and propagating fashion ethics. Dealing mainly in Children's party wear the designer is finding ways to give back to nature , weaving new stories together with a vibrant sense of color , keeping practicality in mind. Her work in kids range is fresh, unique and fantastical. She portrays her ideas through deep rooted hand embroidery techniques executed by expert local artisans. The results are a one of a kind design with a story to tell.
