“FEMME” AW 20/21, created by the symbiosis of the reality and the dream, fantasy and real world, realism and surrealism, inspired from the perfection and the austerity of the cut of the men’s suit, shown on female silhouette and in form of women’s clothing.
The collection contains nine looks composed of multilayered pieces, which are deeply interconnected, even though are totally different they represent different characteristics of a woman (femme). One is fatal, the other is gentle, the third is brave, the fourth is elegant…and one word connects them all together "FEMME".
In addition of the men’s suit, the inspiration is also found in the 30’s and 40’s of the 20th century and in the rise of the film art, fashion, photography, dance and music. Great importance have a numerous movements that appear post World War II, and one of them is the movement “FEMME” which fights for the rights of women queer individuals.
It is no coincidence that each of the looks are named after women – icons from that period, who left deep mark in the history of film art and are an inexhaustible inspiration.
