My name is Zhuang Yifei, I’m currently working as a fashion designer, I have over 3 years working experience for commercial fashion brands and independent fashion designer,too. My education background based in the UK. I have done my Master Degree & Bachelor Degree course at Winchester School of Art. I began my fashion career since I worked as a designer assistant for Agi & Sam (London-based) my major was making patterns, tailoring and sampling. Also preparing for fashion and trade shows, reviewing garment magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends and consumer preferences. I came back to China in 2012, then joined high street fashion company and designer brand as a designer. I was in charge for a line of collection, and taking part of fabric technics, such embroidery, printing, beading, sequin embellishments and such. I have rich experience of coordinating workers involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples to finished garments, and testing fabrics or overseeing testing so that garment care labels can be created.
