I'm a 26 year old, graduated fashion designer located in hanover, germany - born and raised in a small german town. My work is focused on unisex fashion with a pop culture inspired aesthetic. I'm really into developing my own prints and artworks, which are often shown on my finished clothing. My art is also mainly influenced by personal experiences and impressions, such as movies or similar references. I previously worked for brands like Walter Van Beirendonck and was able to gather experience in high fashion surroundings. During Berlin Fashion Week 2023 I've won the Neo Fashion Award for the best sustainable concept, competing against the best graduates from all over Germany.

In my collection 'Don't worry Mom. I know all about cannibalism. I saw it on TV.' inspired by Stanley Kubrick's 'The Shining' from 1980, I deal with different possibilities of the multi-use of fashion. Taking up the film's interior and set design, a non-binary collection was created that explores the similarities between clothing and furniture. Experimental forms of pattern development resulted in geometric silhouettes that can be worn on the body, but also function in interior design contexts, for example as tablecloths. Aesthetically, I use motifs from 'The Shining', such as Americanism. I place the clothing in the context of the 80s and try to reinterpret classic models in an exciting way. A short film was also created, which uses important scenes from the plot of 'The Shining' as inspiration and places them in an ironic fashion context. I deal critically with topics such as consumption and focus on the appreciation of fashion. For me personally, longevity with love for material, workmanship and detail is the most decisive factor in relation to the sustainability of clothing.
