"Sumit Saurya", fashion designer graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai. His relentless love for handloom and Handspun gave birth to WOVHAN in 2018 with the idea to uplift weaver of India.

His journey begun in 2015 when he started working under several renowned stylists and designers and has attained huge success. He has been a progressive personality with a dream and creativity to let the world wear his creations. He doesn't want people to just wear designer dresses but to wear what one dreams of. His keen eyes for detailing and unique aesthetic taste has given the new dimension to handloom & Handspun fashion industry.

He was design head of Bihar handloom. His fierce passion for handloom and infinite love for abstract art can be seen in each creation. He does not believe in designing clothes according to the trends. He aims to create the classic pieces which has a divine and charming look with the involvement of local artisans and craftsman.
