Born in West Yorkshire into a textile manufacturing family business - material properties, colour & design, and crucially - quality have been enforced at an early age. In 2006 I moved to London where education at Central Saint Martins began, graduating this year with a 1st class Honours degree in Texile design, specialising in print.

Work experience has included -

JAMES WALKER TEXTILES LTD
Designer and Marketer, (2008 - present)
Designed a collection of blankets suitable for interior/exterior use.
Ability to select colourways suitable for the chosen market
Capable organising production and finishing, liaising constantly with contractors
Marketing and selling the finished product.
Team work, time management and organisational skills has enabled the product to be launched at The Lakeland Hospitality Show 2011

JOLIBE – NEW YORK
Fashion Assistant (2010)
Competent in styling the S/S 2011 womenswear collection in preparation for New York Fashion week
