Empowering other women started by empowering ourselves first, and we empower ourselves best when we know what is our strength and weaknesses. It means, we understand ourselves, feel good about ourselves and our achievements, we own our mistakes and fail plans, and we know what we should learn to do better.

We empower ourselves when we tried our best, to do our best, to be our best, despite whatever the outcome will be.

We empower other women by the same ways. We give them chance to be who they are, to be appreciated and feel good about themselves, to have the chances to make differences, and to be given the power to live their authentic lives.

With this collection, I want to emphasized on some thoughs about an issue that a lot of people around me and me, deal with lately; which is label.

I never really fancy a label. Of course I've worn some of the labels in my life, and some of them do give benefits to me, but I never really fancy them. Or I can safely say, I always wear them in a very loosely way.

Either it is a good label, or a bad label. Or whether it is the label that people gave us, or the label that we gave ourselves and we make ourselves believe into. To me, label is more to a limitation, than it is as a definition.

In this collection, you will see how fluid my artworks could be, just like how labels are should be. Something so feminine could be worn in an androginy style. Something so classic can be paired with contemporary outlook. A set could always be paired with another or not be paired at all. Something could be cute and weird at the same time.

I hope this collection will inspire you to dig deeper about yourself and the labels that you are wearing now. I hope it will make you question and analize the labels you give to other people.

I also hope it will also give you the courage to try to express yourself differently and wear something that you usually never wear. Many times, we found ourselves and our different sides when we do so.

And most of all, I hope this collection will inspire us to empower more of us, in any ways that we could, that includes the way we use label to others and ourselves. When we try to empower, labels could actually depower.

By empowering women, it doesn't mean that we don't have to empower others. The best is for us to empower everyone, but I do emphasize on women because I do want to have more women lead their lives and our lives better, and I do experience how my live evolves with the help of other women.
