I’m Felina Hernandez Del Barrio. My practice is focused on the study of the relation between humans and the layers that protect us from the outside, more specifically my interest relies in fashion design and architecture. I work around different observations of how to bend and transform these layers to find new ways of styling, sheltering and wearing in relation to the physical world.
My work is about the inherit link we have as humans with the air, movement, temperature and touch; about the connection between materiality and abstract realities such as “gravity”.
