Vanta Design Studio is a creative project entirely made in Italy that through the ethical perspective of impact zero makes its own aesthetic and ideological revolution inside the streetwear universe.
Thanks to the archives of the most prestigious Italian textile companies, unused fabrics, and materials intended for disposal, finds a new form and meaning.
A responsible formula, supplied by an innovative vision, which returns to the concept of "reduce-reuse-recycle" a different and unexpected attitude. A concept that acquires further energy and prominence thanks to the sartorial approach together with the experimentation of new style solutions.
Our garments are made of recycled material, they are entirely handcrafted, repeatable but always different.
Vanta Design Studio believes in sustainability, we design clothes contributing to the "recycling revolution”.
We strive to be a global leader in the fashion industry by empowering the synergy between the textile industry and our team, with a singular focus on the research of materials and the study of the design.
The strategic vision of Vanta is to induce its stakeholders to a responsible consumption, showing them how a waste material can give life to a recycled product, even through sartorial labour.

improving their social and environmental practicesVanta reuse and recycle junk of jeans and transform it into new resources. Every time you choose Vanta you save around 750 liters of water, that’s the amount needed to produce one pair of jeans. That’s the equivalent of 285 showers.

IDEA MODE
We have chosen as our partner for waste material coming from denim Idea Mode, denim specialist for more than 45 years. Idea mode represents the sustainable alternative in denim production starting from the attention given to the laundry that guarantees low energy impact treatments and low water consumption thanks to the best and latest technologies such as Laser, Ozone and Ice.
Today Idea mode can count 40% of their current production made with the use of Organic Cotton GOTS® fabrics and BCI certified cottons.

Idea Mode has obtained the SA 8000 certification, this means their management system encourages the organization to develop maintain and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace.

We have chosen as our partner for wool and cachemire waste material Fratelli Piacenza Spa.
The company has always been very active and open about innovation in the environmental field.
In order to continue this tradition of interest and environmental protection it has decided to act following the principles of minor impact on the environment, ascertaining the effects of the activities carried out by the company on the environment, and guaranteeing a more responsible use of water.

The Lanificio, driven also by the increasing awareness of the impact of the fashion industry on the external environment, is implementing a Chemical Management System in production according to the requirements of the 4Sustainability Protocol (www.4sustainability.it) for which there are mainly two targets:
-Reduce the introduction of pollutants into the surrounding environment;
-Ensure limits on the presence of chemicals, dangerous for humans and others
the environment, more and more restrictive on the finished product delivered to customers. To pursue these objectives, the main instrument is the MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) ZDHC (inventory-maptozero.com), through the implementation of a structured project for the creation of a system for the management of chemical substances, aimed at continuously improving performance in this area.
