RHOMBS

In her first collection “Rhombs“ Mel is working with the possibilites of shaping. Trough the systematic de- and reconstruction of a material, new three dimensional objects are created.
This fascination didn’t derive from working with fabrics, like you might think. As a child of nine years, Mel wittnessed how lamps and windows were created with the use of different kinds of glass and other materials.
