"Love for fashion has distant origins: my mother was a dressmaker and so, growing up between sewing machine, needle, thread, fabric and, at the same time, music and art, everything became lifeblood that could not be done anymore less."

Valeorchid’s philosophy is to protect the body by making it unique, protecting it as if it were a small jewel contained within a coffer…a coffer in which space and time cease to exist, but where it’s possible to can take some time for itself to amplify the perception of all one’s senses.
The creations are all linked together with a red thread as if to tell a story, a story in music, image and poetry. Each garment is the fusion of many verses, each collection a chapter of a great story.
In the Valeorchid’s world there is a strong reference to the past but sometimes also to distant lands: starting from Japan up to the first ‘900; places and periods in which femininity has always played a leading role despite poverty and adverse conditions.
Valeorchid’s woman is a free, independent and strong entity, who knows how to unveil her emotions in due course, whispering her femininity. The clothes, in which the research for the attention to detail is constant, are devoid of size and in them there is both form and absence of form: they take shape through a play of transformations and overlaps, changing appearance every time, depending on even the wearer.

Dressing up is an important act: it is dedicating time to one’s body and spirit, to express one’s personality to the fullest.
