Valentina & Valentia style is an amazing result of collaboration of women from 4 generations: grand-grandmother Valentina, grandmother Heli, mother Milena and little Valentia. Result of that making and creation exposes unique family style, and even more – a LIFE style, which was accumulated, built and developed over generations.

Entire family comes from an engineering background. Furthermore, all of them hold additional degrees in arts and music: watercolor, oil painting, piano, ballet, – things that add another dimension to life. Valentina had a tremendously successful career in leather industry, where in 10 years she grew from an entry level employee to a Principal Engineer and then to a CEO of a company, having thousands reporting to her. Lena had a successful career in economics department. Milena, - V & V Creative Director, is a software engineer, holding a degree from a recognizable university and working for one of the most influential hightech companies. With this strong engineering background in place, this women empire has never lost connection with the world of beauty and feminine side of being.

Valentina & Valentia is a new brand, but its DNA was established 40 years ago, when Valentina, successful in her career in a man-dominated industry, started creating her own designs and with help of artisans created stunning, feminine, yet very powerful pieces for her own wardrobe. Today she is helping V & V to establish and expand its production processes bringing her extensive experience she'd gained in leather industry.

Lena had successful career in accounting and even after moving to Israel she decided to pursue this career once again. 2 years ago she decided to build a company. Something, this women trio had done years ago in Kazakhstan, before they migrated to Israel. However, this time it was in different industry. She decided to take unique aesthetics of women in her family and transform it into a product, which will resonate with many women across the world.

Milena, a successful software engineer at Microsoft, studied Computer Science at Technion, Haifa. When she applied application for her BSc degree, her second preference was to study architecture to follow in the steps of her father, who was well known architect in his town. She's been always drawn to painting. And every single possibility to take a class in watercolor, charcoal or oil painting was used to its fullest, both during her CS study as well as during her work at Microsoft. When Lena approached her daughter, Milena, with her business idea, the process has started immediately.

After few weeks of research Milena developed a business strategy, a clear vision for brand's aesthetic and, most importantly, she knew who her V & V women is. The materials had to be natural and luxurious: pure silk, wool, cashmere and always pure silk lining. Designs mostly flowing, exhibiting freedom and lightness. Femininity, romance, but in doses applicable to a life of a modern woman. Woman who is busy building her career, growing her family and traveling the world. Women who looks effortlessly chic. Strong woman, but also feminine.

Once a year Valentina & Valentia team takes time off to go to Europe and source high quality fabrics for the Atelier, which is located in most picturesque place in Haifa, right on mount Carmel, minutes away from Baha'i Gardens. Each and every fabric is hand-picked by the team. High-caliber artisans help to transform Milena's watercolored sketches into real garments.
