Velbet was created by Vanesa Elbert. After 17 years in the fashion’s world her vision and her creativity came through in this dream, that expresses all she loves. A born designer who played and still plays creating and modifying objects to take them to a more original and personal level.
She is continuously searching for undiscovered mixtures, which is reflected in this collection made with autochthonous materials such as horn and bronze.
The work behind these unique pieces is entirely handmade , the horn requires a process of stretching and ironing, design and cut and finally assembled together creating an endless color possibilities obtaining a piece of art applied to the Clutch concept.
Once again, and after her previous collection Bohemia, she proposes to play and dare for a unique fashion.
Handmade, one by one, in exclusive limited editions of 50, each model, each creation, with their unique “Fermoir”, done in collaboration with artists using authentic Argentine leather.
