Urska Habjan has been a designer of unique fashion jewellery for 9 years. Recently she made a stand with a different and daring line of jewellery for men “Urban Technology” that places men into their known world of metal fasteners and washers with old mechanisms from watches and dials. It was the idea of bringing women into the world of men that lead her to her new collection “Time Out”. ‘Be different, be noticed, be daring’, is the motto for this jewellery line and encompasses this theme by being colourful, bold, and especially unique.

The Collection “Time Out” first of all embodies time and space, yet also gives the seal of eternity and continuity. Jewellery can certainly be daring and provocative, but should also be feminine and sophisticated, which is achieved through the subtle use of various time keeping elements. Placing them in combination with modern materials further enhances their appeal. The ideological thread of the entire collection is entrapment and freedom twisted with the idea of eternity and timelessness through the use of clock mechanisms.
