analysing one's different facets of identity and the fractured relationships between them. Drawing inspiration from national lithuanian costume, religious garments, and own gender identity: the result is the capsule collection of 7 pieces: including jackets, trousers, a shirt, and belts that fit people regardless of their gender expression.
The un-normal. un-constrained. un-destructive. Fashion as it should be
every single garment is essential to the concept and messaging of the collection: pushing the world to be a more accepting and expressive place regardless of an individual’s gender expression
balancing eternal classics and the pulse of today’s and tomorrow’s trends while drawing inspiration from culture and history at large.
We produce garments more sustainably by drastically shortening and localising the supply chain – allowing not only a “greener” production but also a more ethical one (ensuring liveable wages and acceptable labour conditions at every step), partnering with fabric mills, or seamstresses that are all local small-medium, often a family-owned businesses.
The unnormal impact does not end with deliveries or order transactions. We aim for a positive social impact through working on the most pressing issues on social causes we are most passionate about.
First, all our partners – fabric mills, or seamstresses are all local small-medium, often a family-owned businesses. This way we can make sure that they uphold the same high labour, ecological standards as we do.
As well as ensuring that the unnormal design concepts and aesthetics remain uncompromised. More so, it is also one of the best ways to do business to support the local economy and the people.
Second, by localising our whole production we massively shorten our supply chain, or simply put – your garment does not travel the world several times before ever reaching your local shop. That means way less resources needed to make the said garment and less waste produced making it.
The unnormal impact does not end with deliveries or order transactions. We aim for a positive social impact through working on the most pressing issues on social causes we are most passionate about.
