TRAD Philosophy was established in 2010, inspired mostly from the Post-Victorian era to World War II baby boom (1880 ~ 1950). To reinterperate the practicality and functionality of traditional men clothing, TRAD aims to study the expressions of clothing in each classic era, including pocket configuration, all kinds of collars, buttons placement etc... Seemingly ordinary, but for those with sophisticated taste and know how to appreciate the details, "EVERY STITCH TELLS A STORY." Asano Gonza, who has never studied design, has shown great enthusiasm in clothing since he was a teenager. After beening through the great Taiwan's fashion market in the 90’s, and having experimenting with a variety of styles, Gonza finally realized men's apparel should return to its original form. Believing that outfits should be enhanced to be a lifetime enjoyment, he decides to reintroduce the Classic style to the world with his own voice.
