THE BRAND - Toyin Bii is a Nigerian brand established in 2017 that specializes in ready to wear for women between the ages of 18 to 45. TOYIN BII IS a ‘westernized’ contemporary African brand that still embraces IT'S African identity. a contemporary feminine brand that features very girly silhouettes and statement details made from vibrant fabrics as a nod to the African traditional attires that encompass almost
every colour in existence.

THE DESIGNER - Toyin Balogun is the founder and designer of Toyin Bii. Toyin studied Sociology at the University of Essex and after graduating went on to enrol in a short course at Central Saint Martins. Having always been in love with fashion from a very young age, it was without hesitation she founded the brand two years after. Toyin named the brand after her Nigerian name because it reflects her personal style as well as giving the brand an African identity.

The designs were made with delicate vibrant fabrics SUch as mulberry silk, duchess satin, crepe and organza. the styles stay true to our girly aesthetic by featuring statement peplums, statement ruffles and sultry necklines.
