Tijana Pavlov is born in Belgrade 1980, she has graduated Faculty of Applied Arts Belgrade 2006 at the Contemporary Costume Department, she is designing in the field of man’s fashion since then.

With her own brand “Tijana Pavlov” she is one of the resident designers of the Belgrade Fashion Week manifestation and her collections has been presented in regional Fashion Weeks in Slovenia, Bosnia an Hercegovina and Croatia.

Her projects and collections has been awarded in Europe and Serbia, she was top 5 finalist of the Global Fashion Competition organized by REPLAY (Italy) in 2007 “Box of Dreams” and one of 10 finalists in the global competition KONTAKT FASHION AWARD 2009 -Este Bank (Wien)I am also the winner of Pantene Beauty Award for the best Fashion Designer of the year 2007, Boris Nikolic Award- B92 foundation (2009) for the Best Contemporary Expression in Fashion, Grazia Magazine Award (2011) for the Best Fashion Week Collection and she is the recipient of three Bazart Awards- for Best Collection (2009), Best Fashion Show (2010) and for the Best Fashion Show Styling (2011)

She has worked as an Assistant of Fashion Editor in Cosmopolitan Serbia.

Tijana Pavlov with a few colleagues designers is founder of “Belgrade Design District”(BDD) in 2010- creative space with designer’s shops presenting Serbian design, Belgrade Design District today, with it’s location in city downtown, is an important spot on the Belgrade city map. Tijana's boutique "No Brothers No Sisters" store is in Belgrade Design District, store no 16.

She has been designed uniforms and did styling’s for many clients such as Philip Morris, Samsung, Puma, Miss Sixty, Nike, Telenor etc. and worked as a personal stylist for numerous Serbian celebrities and she is an external
associate with McCann Erickson Serbia (Momentum), New Moment New ideas company and other advertizing agencies.

Inner gray is an inner repetition of something I have thought, imagined or done. Some tones being reflected over and over again become more meaningful than if they would have been heard only once and had then faded away.

The inner gray, sometime as like a trace of thought, message and imagination.

This project reveals the trace of the ordinary life living for a long time. Some being forgotten, and some being in memory. As time goes by.

The process of endured through time usually left the trace. The collection is analyzed along the concepts of trace and origin influences.

“In the preface to On the Genealogy of Morals, Nietzche writes that the color gray is vital for a genealogist of morals: “gray” that is, what is documented, what can actually be confirmed and has actually existed, of the moral past of mankind.
In the context of a discussion od genealogy, “gray” is a metaphor serving a twofold function. First, it alludes to language as an imperfect tool for the acquisition of knowledge. Given the metaphorical and anthropomorphic origin of concepts, the genealogist must be attentive to the implicit values which have been fixed within (linguistic) concepts. Rather than accepting these concepts as a gift from tradition, Nietzsche advises that “what is needed above all is an absolute skepticism toward all inherited concepts”. In addition to the allusion to language. “gray” implicated the process of interpretation. What gray is neither black or white, neither true nor false; gray is in between and it is within the realm of the gray that the interpretive play of values will unfold.” (Postmodernism and Continental Philosophy)

Gray is controlled. It has a steadying effect on other colors with which it comes into contact, toning down the stronger and brighter colors and illuminating the softer colors, It can enhance the psychological response of the other colors it supports.
