When was the last time did you calm down and listen to your inner voice? How long ago did you stop to listen to others talk? And for the longest time haven’t you listen to the “sounds” surrounding you with your heart?
Hug
Hugging is a carrier of love. It sends out the message of love and care. Hugging is a form of trust that comes from the heart, a way to open yourself to others with no precaution. A simple hug, is sometimes the best consolation.
Praise
“When you can see strengths of others, it proves that you have the same quality as the other.” Energy is transferable, and so is the love you give, it will eventually flow back to you. We are given the chance, the chance to praise others and to be praised. Know that to be able to give is a gift.
