Thian started to make his niche in the Philippine Fashion industry when he won the Red Box Design Talents for Apparel category last 2015. His edgy and current designs in apparel stood-out from of 14 promising finalist, handpicked over 140 aspiring young designers for the competition. “My concepts are inspired by brave and beautiful women who are unafraid to express themselves”, says Thian.

​With a background in fashion design, multimedia application, and theatre arts, ​Thian’s concepts are rooted in his love of art, besides his relentless desire for identity and change.
