Like that magical island, Thea Ibiza bags are hard to categorise and define with inspirations from all over. An Ibiza resident for ten years, our designer is a city girl at heart. Having studied, lived and worked in places such as New York, San Francisco, Boston, Paris, London, Beirut, Johannesburg, Casablanca, and the English countryside (amongst a few other places), Thea's inspirations are as varied and diverse as the places she's lived.

Ibiza 9-to-5

Having swapped the big city for island life, Thea was lucky enough to continue her career on the magical island of Ibiza. She spent her ten years there in 9-to-5 jobs working for two of its big clubs. Instead of taking a crowded metro or subway to work, her daily commute consisted of driving by sunny vineyards and olive groves with the car top down.

The Ibiza 9-to-5 collection is a reflection of these seemingly contradictory mindsets and creative inspirations. Not one for a basic black holdall, Thea designed the Gertrude Tote so she had a beautiful laptop bag more in line with her more vibrant and colourful surroundings. She designed the Eulalia Bag for her business trips to London where the triangle bag seamlessly went from the Ibiza sunshine to the bustling city streets.
