Clothing and sewing have always been a passion of mine; I love the feel of the fabrics whether it be the interwoven lines of lace, or the soft silky flow of charmeuse. I graduated from the Otago Polytechnic Design School in 2012 and was lucky enough to show at iD Dunedin fashion week 2013.
I feel so lucky to have grown up in Dunedin, New Zealand which is such a diverse town fashion wise - I was surrounded by inspiration!
My designs are fun, young, and theatrical. I love a feminine silhouette and bold colours.
I find beauty in the shape and colour of flowers and I find walking though the stunning Dunedin Botanical Gardens to be truly inspiring.
I love to look through fashion collections from the 1950's - I think this era was a beautiful one - one of simplicity and yet extravagance, detailed floral patterns, and huge pleated skirts.

I want the woman wearing my gowns to feel beautiful, and special - this is always my number one goal.

" You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your own love and affection"
-Buddha

This is a quote that drives me to create garments that will make the wearer of my gowns feel beautiful and special, even if just for a moment.
