Kimberly Tandra is a fashion designer graduate of Esmod Jakarta and Paris. She started her first ever fashion label in 2015 when she was 17 years old. She represented her first fashion label by using her own name as a denotation of her designs and inspirations.

After the successful launch of her first brand, Kimberly developed Suedeson in 2017. The name Suedeson comes from the combination of her father’s and mother’s name. She represents this brand as a dedication and gift to her parents, whom at first did not approve of Kimberly’s dream on becoming a fashion designer.

In a world where the clothes we wear reflect who we are and where we come from, Kimberly seeks to create collections that speak to her heritage, her home.

To highlight diversity, Tandra applies Javanese traditional technique, Batik Cap, to create the Indonesian native flowers Anggrek Bulan motifs, representing her mother's cultural heritage, as well as the Tanimbar embelishments which highlight the designer's paternal heritage, Maluku Tenggara.

Lineage highlights traditional technique from Java, Batik Cap with Indonesian Native Flowers, Anggrek Bulan, and Tanimbar payet on her clothes. Finished off with Suedeson’s signature style and feminine cuts embraces timeless elements that are very much in touch with today’s "modern" beauty.
