Sonia is a Valencian designer graduated in 2022 from Barreira Arte + Diseño. Her work is based on combining craft techniques, such as embroidery or manual printing with new silhouettes. Creating a union between tradition and innovation. She also explores other volumes through quilting that contrasts with the more fluid fabrics in her collections.

Latest Collection

1968

The 1968 project creates an imaginary about a family situation experienced in Paris in the 60s. Recreating the stories and situations experienced at that time in a context of current trends.
The women's collection conveys the stories lived by the designer's maternal grandparents through textures, textile manipulations, manual prints and silhouettes. It goes from childhood, passing through migration to a big city, until reaching the return of the protagonists to their country of origin.
