Sonia Carrasco

Born in Valencia (Spain) in 1988, Business Administration graduated in Valencia and Fashion Design with Creative Direction speciality graduated at IED Madrid, Completing her education at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

Winner of the first MFSHOW LAB BY PANDORA contest in June 2014, introducing her first collection under the catwalk MFSHOW WOMEN SS 2015.
In November 2014, Pasarela On prize for the best collection winner at MMOD MURCIA OPEN DESIGN Mercedes Benz Dimóvil. In January 2015, she becomes part of directory of young fashion designers of contemporary fashion NOT JUST A LABEL. Selected among the top 50 out of over 1000 candidates from all over the world at LVMH Prize 2015.

In September 2015 introduced the new collection in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid with the first stereoscopic 360 Fashion Film in the world.

The globally known company SAMSUNG is supporting the project and SAMSUNG VR GEAR glasses are used to watch the video. “First ever applying VR to the world of fashion and wearables” achieving the milestone of developing the “first Fashion Film 360 binaural stereo in the world”.

She is an ambitious designer, who always challenges herself and proposes new innovative projects.

She is characterized by the textile experimentation and creation of volumen and textures.

She is a creative person with high adaptability to the firm, result oriented and with great enthusiasm to be part of a team.
