Simon Grundtner, born in Austria, studies fashion at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna under the guidance of Bernhard Willhelm and Hussein Chalayan. His first collection was awarded with the Indie Magazin Award and in 2014 he interned at the London based brand Matthew Miller to work on the S/S 15 collection. His latest collection was awarded the Fred-Adlmüller scholarship. His collections are inspired by everyday life struggles and are focused on high quality materials and sophisticated silhouettes.
