SCHO

SCHO is a jewelry brand named after the designer Sarah Cho. The brand was launched in October 2011 and it is based in Paris. After being selected as a finalist for ITS competition 2011, SCHO is being taken and sponsored under Swarovski Elements crystals. She has received her eduction for fashion design in Paris at the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne and has had experience of doing internships at both Balenciaga and Lanvin. SCHO presented its 1st Season on the Fall/Winter 2012. She is Korean born but raised in Namibia and spent high school years in the States until her final destination to Paris; as a result one can undeniably observe her freedom in using all the different cultural elements and is not afraid to mix diverse themes, materials and colors. Namibia is a place where Sarah has spent about 10 years of her life, once can say an entire period of her childhood was spent there. The nostalgia that she has of its beauty of nature, culture and memories still makes her quite emotional and from her work one can observe its presence. After the first showroom in March 2012, SCHO is already being sold in LUISAVIAROMA, Lane Crawford, Frank & FIls and other globally.
