Each collection SAYYA by Luba Makarenko is about woman, at first place.
In all collections Luba Makarenko explores the phenomenon of femininity in the context and time.
The SAYYA woman does not cry about individuality, but she is always evident in the crowd: to classic fitted silhouettes and pencil dresses the designer adds unexpected details, creating silhouettes that stick in the memory.
Contrasting textures, unusual play of colors, experiments with forms, freshness and flamboyance of clothes are distinctive features of the brand SAYYA. Expressive silhouettes, perfect fit, natural fabrics and exceptional design are the basic elements in the work of the designer.
The SAYYA woman is refined and attentive, she feels equally at ease in the role of a leader and of a driven person, she can make decisions and at the same time obey her inner intuition. She is light, nevertheless, single-minded, in the right situation her decisions are firm, she overcomes obstacles when she clearly sees the goal!
She is always open to new voyages and impressions, but she remembers her primary mission - to be a woman and to bring light.
The SAYYA woman is always different. But this is the essence of femininity - constantly change oneself, while remaining true to herself.

SAYYA Introduces the "SEDGWICK ELEGANCE" Collection

Fall-Winter 2024: Modern Elegance Inspired by Edie Sedgwick
Fall Winter 24/25 - This season, SAYYA embodies the spirit and style of the legendary Edie Sedgwick in its latest collection, "SEDGWICK ELEGANCE." Drawing inspiration from the pop art icon and the influential 1960s fashion era, this collection epitomizes luxury, sophistication, and individuality.

"I envision SAYYA girls to embrace the scent of crisp wind and lilies, donning knee-high boots on bare legs, while their bodies are enveloped in short mohair dresses and cozy coats with feathered scarves. Holding a dry martini in hand, serenaded by a bass guitarist—this is the image of the collection's heroine in my eyes," says Luba Makarenko, the designer behind the SAYYA brand.

Playing with contrasting textures and a vibrant color palette, the brand, while adhering to its principles, introduces a new collection.

Key elements of the collection:

Handcrafted Mohair and Angora pieces:
Items in vivid lavender and cream shades, such as oversized sweater dresses, mini dresses with open collarbones, and textured mohair cardigans - celebrate the sensuality of women.
A cropped cape sweater allows an open wear dress even in winter.

Silk Suits and Feathered Shirt Dresses: Combining functionality with practicality, silk suits and shirt dresses adorned with feathers feature removable feather details.
Patchwork Elements: A signature of the brand, patchwork finds expression in an oversized jacket and mini skirt made from vintage denim scraps, leather jackets, and remnants from previous collections. Recycling is emphasized with a maxi dress combining silk and parts of a boyfriend's denim.
Outerwear Variety: SAYYA places a special focus on comfort with reversible faux fur coats, faux fur parkas, masculine wool coats, and cropped jackets. A Wax jacket in artificial lacquered leather with a vintage effect completes the ensemble.
Feathered Scarf: The collection's standout accessory is a feathered scarf on a silk base with a wool lining.
