Sarah Louise Richards now runs her own label, Dollydripp.

Dollydripp is an indie fashion label selling clothing, accessories & homewares influenced by retro styles with a modern twist.

The brand was created by fashion designer Sarah Louise Richards in 2011.

Sarah studied BA(Hons) Fashion Design at University of Central Lancashire, graduating in 2008 and has worked in London for high street suppliers, designing for the likes of Miss Selfridge, Topshop, River Island, New Look & Bank.

We've have always loved retro and vintage styles, especially the 1950's look, but have personally found the clothing to be a bit too similar and lacking individuality. We get bored of seeing the same styles in the same fabrics so we decided to use Sarah's fashion background to create cute, sassy clothing with retro undertones that fashionable dolls would want to wear.

A lot of inspiration comes from vintage/retro fashion but we update it and give it a modern twist. We still follow the catwalk shows as we are inspired by beautiful clothes and we keep up to date with trends and street styles. We mix all these elements into the garments and design things that we would want to wear!
