SALTA's latest collection is inspired by a mysterious captivation of a land that has been tempting and attracting foreigners for the past centuries. Everyone who has ever been attracted to Tibet’s mystery, discovers a new form of existence for themselves – be it philosophic, religious or creative. In this collection, the designer manages to transform Tibetan traditional clothing full of bright details and accessories into an urban ready-to-wear look, keeping all the existing features of the SALTA label – freedom, comfort, minimalism and sensuality.

A theme of traditional Tibet wear is also noted in the shape and main silhouettes of the collection. Loose and volumetric cocoons emphasise a fragility and sensuality in women while layering is reminiscent of the mystery and charm of the East.

Eco friendly cotton and linen, favoured by the designer, are used in this collection as well as ethnic felt – the combination is meant to underline the depth of Tibetan philosophy. Every breath we take takes us closer to death.

According to SALTA, a major colour of this season is gold – it’s the best when it comes to uniting the basic palette: black, white and nude, the latter being a strong foundation of the label's colour preferences.
