RIPA is a fine jewelry label based in Baltic harbor city Riga. Label stands for fine jewelry and accessories created with passion for quality and craftsmanship traditions. The designs are inspired by nature and ancient symbols creating a mix of clean forms and strong message. The mission of RIPA is to enhance the beauty of simplicity and share the inspiration emitted by radiance. We believe the fight for beauty and harmony is an never ending story...
This is a reason why we care to produce unique products enhancing ancient values of goldsmith traditions as well as passion for creativity and natural materials.
Designer Peter Ripa believes this world is a materialistic place in a sense that one can materialize any idea into a piece of art. Born 1974 in Riga. Started professional studies in 1989 in Applied Arts College of Riga, then continued in industrial design department in HFBK Hamburg. Gained work experience at Hilde Leiss Gallery in Hamburg (leading Germany’s jewelry designer) and Barbara Heinrich Studio in USA. In 1997 returned to Latvia and spent ten years in advertising and party production before turning back to jewelry design.

2010-2011 lable Ripa in corporation with fashion label BAIBA RIPA was taking part in Fashion Weeks of Berlin, Viena and Paris as well other fairs across europe.
2012 RIPA was invited to be a part of Talents Show in Ambiente / Messe Frankfurt. Special thanks to charming fashion blogger Agnese Kleina for connections !
2013 RIPA opens a internet shop offering diverse designs direct from our Studio!!!
