Rebecca Mir Grady jewelry is made with care in Chicago, Illinois. A supporter of marriage equality and environmentally sustainable practices, Rebecca makes all of her jewelry by hand from reclaimed precious metals and ethically-sourced stones.
Born in Alaska and raised in Kennebunk, Maine, Rebecca apprenticed with local jewelry designers before moving to Chicago to study sculpture at the School of the Art Institute. She earned a BFA in Sculpture and Ceramics from SAIC and an MFA in Visual Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After 6 years working as a metalsmith for a handmade jewelry company, Rebecca merged her creative interests and skills into the launch of an eponymous jewelry line. Rebecca currently lives in Chicago with her girlfriend, and travels to Maine every chance she gets.
