Founded in 2016, QUIN is a London based contemporary womenswear brand with a subtle approach to design aesthetics. It is a world where textures and attention to detail are key to offer the wearer not only beautiful clothes but the attitude of being refined in one’s own style.

QUIN is based on the concept of making use of clever and indirect methods to achieve subtle beauty. The essential components of the brand are simplicity with clean refined silhouettes, mixing contrasting and textured fabrics. This is how the brand creates feminine yet boyish aesthetics, expressing a delicate, poetic yet relaxed style with no compromise to quality craftsmanship. Spring Summer 2018

The QUIN SS18 Collection continues to portray the brand’s philosophy; effortless chic, subtle sophistication combined with relaxed femininity through the choice of colours, fabrics, patterns and silhouettes.

This season the QUIN women draw inspiration from Suzanne Valadon, the unconventional artist’s model turned self-trained painter who was active in the early 20th century Bohemian Paris. Many of her paintings suggested a vibrant, carefree and chic female figure. This collection celebrates her courage in the pursuit of love, art and in her interpretation of female sensuality.

QUIN SS18 Collection evokes summertime playfulness, be it by a summer seaside or in a modern city.

The colour palette of blue and white is reminiscent of shimmering azure sea and breezy blue sky. In graphic contrast the use of stripes, grids, checks and ginghams give a feeling of inner city modernity.

Silhouettes are simple and relaxed; include clean lined soft tailoring, V-neck dresses, deep pleated culottes and maxi dresses.

Textural fabrics combined with crisp cottons reinforce the contrast between nature and modernity.
