Quetsche

Young Chinese graduate of L'École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne and with working experience at Maison Martin Margiela, Christian Dior and Lanvin, Li Yang launched Quetsche_, in September 2014.

Driven with uncontrollable curiosity for material, the ‘fabric’ is every starting point of Li Yang’s collections. In his work he explores the manipulation of textiles and its original use, by playing with distortion and juxtaposing different layers. He creates new materials by merging or with optical illusional aesthetics and offers a new intellectualized view of a young feminine wardrobe.

Yang strongly believe in quality and all the creations are made with attention in the family’s atelier in China, by a faithful team of technicians.
