Two textile engineers MSc Aliki Goritsa and BSc Spiros Fragos, specialized in knit fashion design and knit pattern programming are behind the independent super brand Pepper Vally. We design and knit every product in our space in Athens, Greece-on high end technology-knitting machines owned and controlled by us.
With yarn as our only input and a full garment or another innovative product as our output, we are able to simplify our supply chain, eliminate excessive production and provide a customize production of completely transparent, fair, sustainable and contemporary products.
Expertly craftsmanship and only accredited materials synthesize knitwear with elegance and unpretentious luxury, inspired from Greek archaic aspiration.

We use only natural/ biodegradable yarns, such as extra fine merino wool, silk and crepe cotton with linen and hemp, which follow the strictest standard (IVN BEST) in the entire textile production chain, both in terms of ecological standards and in terms of social accountability.
We set up our knitwear manufacturing process in an alternative way of structure, which all= design + prototype + production are made in one place/Athens in Greece. We recognize the importance of domestic production and commitment of ecological footprint reduction by “made to request” of special products with added value.
