Caos d’ascesa alla terza is a men collection coming from the idea of combining different populations’ characteristic garments. As a matter of fact, the collection is composed of eight outfits and takes into consideration the jacket and other classical garments of the past and modern western culture combining constantly with the thawb and the typical volumes of the Arabic peninsula clothes.
The third core element of the project is chaos. Chaos represents the surrounding globalized world (called macro-chaos) and the personal chaos (called micro chaos): a continuous flashing of images and figures that flow and explode everyday inside our mind.
As regards the chaos of this specific project, it is a controlled chaos represented on a conceptual and symbolic level by hundred of images and on a reality level by fancy fabrics geometrically disposed to create patterns which remind striped and herringbone-like fabrics.
The west, the east and the chaos mix together. These three elements mixed together create the image of a globalized and modern man-god capable of taking control over the everyday life difficulties. He is a clear-headed man, a spokesman of union and equality feelings.
Caos d’ascesa alla terza is therefore a symbolic collection which represents a creative and social thought. It represents an ideal globalized future, maybe utopian, where different races and cultures mix together to create a new social fabric. A world of potential peace and sharing.
