Patricia Wijaya

Presented in New York Fashion Week September 2018, the collection is inspired by the equestrian world of dressage.

As a young child, Patricia used to love riding horses.
The braiding symbolized the relationship that the brand has
encounter these past two years, which has braid some connection into
something beautiful with some people and cut or straighten out the tangled
relationships with others.

The braiding is one of the collection's signature textile and all hand made and produced in house at the Patricia Wijaya's Atelier, adorned with Swarovski's crystals.

The silhouettes are mostly inspired by the gears for horseback riding, which is also a symbolism of safety, as they are the ones that keep us safe as well as
inspired the designer to get back up on the saddle when she falls down.

The color of the collection is dominated in Navy blue and Gold with some black. The reason is, as a debut fashion show, Patricia would love to showcase her collection in her brand color.
