Patricia Felize is an artisanal and contemporary designer based in Manila, Philippines. The designer draws inspiration mainly from the arts, discussions, and observations from the world at large.

To the designer, the process is more important than the outcome; Patricia Felize aims to create a dialogue and make the outcome of the garment a mere by-product of the process of creation.

Inspired by a dream catcher and a fascination in the reason behind its existence; how people have a growing obsession over having control - over things, over their lives - that people have created something that they believe will exhibit this during times that they have no control - such as when they sleep.

Patricia Felize translated this inspiration in the technique that she used which is Silk Painting. All of the prints were hand painted, with her getting to choose the medium, fabric, and materials, and yet allowing the Silk Paint to take its own shape and form. The embellishments were also hand crafted, giving it a truly artisanal approach in design.

These Ready To Wear pieces envision a woman with a certain sensibility - a sensibility in knowing that more than wearing something that is aesthetically pleasing, they are wearing something that has deeper meaning.
