Yanina was raised in Buenos Aires and Boston, and now lives in Buenos Aires. Fourth generation of a family of jewelers, she is an adventurous traveller by nature and realizes the need for personalized jewels that preserve individual identity.

As an artist and jewelry designer, she presents extravagant jewelry with sculptural character. Yanina takes art deco and Art Nouveau among others, creating intimate pieces, inspired from her sensitivity for the fine arts and architecture of the city called “The paris of Latin America”.

Faour is the "enfant terrible" of fine luxury jewelry in Argentina. In 2003 she created her brand boutique Oleana, and is selected by the cosmetics French company Guerlain as a reference for their brand in Argentina. She has presented her pieces internationally, in Workshop Fashion agency, during Paris fashion week and in the Tokyo “Rooms” Show.

Oleana's jewelry is sold in many countries including Uruguay, Dominican Republic, United States, England and France.

In the last stage Yanina has generated projects together with contemporary visual artists. “Carnivora” project Art-a-Porter jewelry, along with Toto Paula Blake has travelled many international art fairs and museum shops, currently for sale at Malba museum store (BA) and at the Houston’s Museum of Fine Arts store.
