Nylon Sky is a U.K jewellery label born out of a love for geometric pattern and graphic form. They have been developing their signature colour block and graphic style since 2011, employing modern technology with hand finishing to produce their distinctive, statement jewellery.

Inspired by the use of contrasting materials such as natural, textured walnut and birch wood combined with lustrous Perspex, creates a unique balance in each collection.

Cultural explorations are a constant source of motivation, as previous collections have drawn inspiration from travels in Egypt, West Africa and Japan. Meanwhile, bygone eras and influential design movements such as Modernism and Art Deco have also featured in the development of earlier collections.

They have just launched their new collection "MODULO" where the emphasis is on modular forms and shape shifting geometry, inspired by Etorre Sotsass and the founding members of Memphis Milano group. A re-working of some of the identifiable forms associated with the design movement, the MODULO collection is filled with subtle pastel shades, frosted Perspex and natural maple wood, finished with a dash of gold. The maple wood features an etched grid pattern which is appears throughout the range.

Currently working on further developing their range of accessories, Nylon Sky products are available to buy online through Nylon-Sky.com, aswell as being stocked in over 15 boutiques and galleries internationally, throughout, Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.
