MIRON

MIRON is a fashion label that regards life as a movie in which "girls" are the main characters. And they all have to be dressed. Experienced and passionate about costume design, Anca wraps every collection around characters she imagines or finds in real life, placing them into contexts as various as possible. Functionality, often multifunctionality, and conceptualism, liaisons with art are the main focus of this label.

In 2012 Anca released her first collection called "Fill In The Blank". The collection brought her an international prize and some press acclaims for the concept behind the collection. Made out of eight outfits, FITB focused around exclusively rectangular pieces that were multifunctional due to cuts and buttons smartly placed. The title of the collection is a metaphor for a blank sheet of paper, to which the rectangular pieces were similar. Anyone who wears them can "write" their own story by giving the desired shape to the fabric. One of the pieces of the collections was a white dress one can use as a wearable Social Media, as the fabric allows writing and erasing.

In 2013 "Forbes" Magazine (Romania) named the designer behind the label one of the "coolest" (original and trend setting) creatives of her generation.

Because her collections target various "characters", and are multifunctional while keeping in mind actual adaptability to the explosive social life we have, Miron has since 2012 dressed individuals aged 19 to 62.
