MIALUIS

After her degree, Mariaelena Mallone begin her career like architect with Studio Picco in Turin, where she works for four years.
In 2003, Mariaelena is going on with her job as architect and at the same time she decides to found her own design company, production and manufacturing of bags.

In 2004 Mariaelena cooperates with Miroglio Group, in quality of fashion designer for the creation of some collections of bags, working for different brands like Elena Mirò, Diana Gallesi and Per te by Krizia.

After a first experience by Libera Università delle Arti (L.UN.A.) in Bologna, during 2006, she becomes a teacher of l’Istituto Europeo di Design di Torino (I.E.D.), since 2007 to 2009.

In 2010 Mialuis finally express its power becoming a real brand especially distributed in Italy but with a first worldwide net too.
During this year it begins another important cooperation between the designer and FIAT, the historical italian brand. She thinks and produces a collection of bags signed by Alfa Romeo/Mialuis and Lancia/Mialuis. Until now Mialuis is dynamic with these kinds of cooperation with local company, celebrated all around the world. This attitude of Mialuis has recently permitted the creation of a capsule collection for Martini and Grey Goose.
